Enrolment Fee’s & Terms
The below fee schedule applies to all children enrolled for 5+ weeks at The Garden Early Learning Centre.
Enrolment Fee
A non refundable enrolment fee of IDR3,000,000 per child (50% sibling discount applies to enrolment fee).
Is there a minimum enrolment?
There is a minimum enrolment period of five (5) weeks.
Refundable Bond Payments
A refundable bond of two (2) weeks fees payment is required to secure enrolment at The Garden ELC.
How is the Bond going to be Refunded?
When a family wants to cease their child’s enrolment, they must give at least two (2) weeks’ notice in writing to info@thegardenbali.com
After the proper notification period, each family can use their two (2) weeks bond to pay the last two (2) weeks of the attendance or we can issue an IDR refund if all fees have been paid up to the last day of enrolment.
A bond paid at the commencement of care will not be refunded until each of the following has occurred:
all fees’ requirements are met and there are no outstanding fees payable;
two (2) weeks’ written notice (via email to info@thegardenbali.com) has been provided to the centre to cease care; and
the child must be enrolled and have physically attended for a minimum period of five (5) weeks.
When are Fee Invoices due?
The first fee invoice will be for seven (7) weeks [five (5) weeks enrolment + two (2) weeks refundable bond].
All other fee invoices will be due every five (5) weeks afterwards.
Discounts?
If you would like to pay 25+ weeks of tuition you will receive a 5% discount on your tuition. Please note all fees are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Siblings receive a 50% discount on the enrolment fee and a 5% discount on tuition.
Do I still need to pay for a scheduled day if my child is sick or the centre is closed for a public holiday?
Yes, fees still apply for sick days and we don’t offer make-up days or allow days to be swapped.
What happens when we go on holidays?
You can suspend your child’s attendance up to four (4) times throughout the calendar year (please note that if you join mid-year, the allowance will be prorated accordingly).
The minimum period of suspension is one (1) week and a maximum of four (4) weeks without losing your child’s placement at The Garden. Please note families need to provide two (2) weeks written notification via email to info@thegardenbali.com to apply for the holiday suspension. Fee payments need to be up-to-date to receive the holiday suspension and suspension cannot be in the first ten (10) weeks of enrolment.
Being away beyond the four (4) weeks suspension period will be assumed as termination of enrolment and we will open the placement to another family on the waitlist. If you are away for longer than 4 weeks please notify us of your return date and we will place you on the waitlist for re-enrolment. Please note you do not need to pay the enrolment fee again.
